Specifically, it was about a patent that relates to the scroll in the photo gallery. Samsung have now responded and will begin to sell the called smartphones modified.
How accurate are the modifications is not yet known look. In any case, it will be merely a change in the TouchWiz interface. Apple, Samsung had accused of theft in Holland, also because of hardware-specific recognition features. Unlike Germany, the Dutch judge has ruled that this is not a violation of intellectual property of Apple.
A Samsung spokesman announced in a statement that with "smartphones using alternative technology" have been prepared and this will go on sale shortly. The phones will be sold only in the Netherlands, since the court ruling is limited only to Holland. However reassuring to know that Samsung could make this patent application also in the rest of Europe invalid by software changes.
The judge gave Samsung the target device can wait till tomorrow to modify, otherwise would be a sale of the models have been unlawful.
