Surface-RT-WiFi-Fix_photo

Rather than encouraging the UI overhaul, various users have found the latest version of Windows to be schlocky and flawed. According to some recent reports, a number of Surface users (including ourselves) have been facing limited Wi-Fi connectivity issues since day one.

How To Set One Wallpaper For All OS X Desktop Spaces At Once

First introduced in OS X Lion, Desktop Spaces provide an excellent platform for window management. Since then, the feature has become one of the most popular additions in OS X, though it is considerably limited in some areas. It’s the closest you get to a virtual desktop available system wide, so you won’t see too many complaints. At present, each desktop space operates somewhat independent of the other. You get the same desktop icons no matter which space you’re on, but you can keep windows and apps separate.

GOOGLE NEXUS 7 VS AMAZON KINDLE FIRE

Since its launch the Amazon Kindle Fire laid the foundation for success in the low price, which allowed segemento position in the low end. Mindful of this, Google developed its own tablet at an affordable price, the Google Nexus 7, which is positioned as a direct competitor of the tablet from Amazon.

Without delving into the comparative analysis, my intuition tells me that the Google guys have dethroned definitely to Amazon, which is that to see a tablet with a Tegra processor 3 Quad-Core and the latest operating system Android 4.1 Jelly Bean for just $ 199 I can only think of buying.

By now the Amazon are probably rethinking the Fire Kindle price to compete at least in price / performance with this new tablet that will undoubtedly sweep the market. But let's leave aside the fables and see who end the fight.

GOOGLE NEXUS 7 VS AMAZON KINDLE FIRE
OPERATING SYSTEM

Being the developer of the operating system, Google gives a substantial advantage, and like the rest of the devices Nexus, the Nexus 7 is the first device to include the new version of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, and probably one of the first to receive future updates.
Winner: Google Nexus 7

SCREEN
Both the Nexus 7 and the Fire possess Kindle 7-inch screens, but the differences are obvious to say a few specifications. While the Nexus 7 has an IPS display with a resolution of 1280 × 800 Amazon device has a resolution of 1024 x 600, which implies a 66% higher pixel density for the device from Google.

Winner: Google Nexus 7

Processor and GPU
The differences here are avismales, since the Kindle Fire has a dual core processor TI OMAP-4430 at 1 GHz with 512MB of RAM, while the Nexus 7 has a Tegra processor quad-core 3 to 1.3 GHz and 1 GB of RAM.

But that's not all, the Nexus 7 has an amazing 12-core Nvidia GPU ULP which means a significant superiority SGX540 PowerVR graphics on a single core that has the tablet from Amazon.

Winner: Google Nexus 7

CAMERA
Something that has attracted considerable attention is the absence of a rear camera in the Nexus 7, but to understand that this has been launched to compete with the Kindle Fire has not any camera, this is completely reasonable.

Thus, the Google Nexus 7 that only gives a front camera of 1.2 mega pixel camera, is positioned above the tablet from Amazon.

Winner: Google Nexus 7

MEMORY
Fire The Kindle comes with 8 GB of built-in storage capacity while the Google Nexus 7 is available in two versions, an 8 GB and a 16 GB of internal storage. Both devices have no Micro SD card slot.

Winner: Google Nexus 7

PRICE
Currently, the Fire has a Kindle for $ 199, while the Google Nexus Tablet in memory of the same model cost $ 199. To this we subtract $ 25 to spend on Google Play and some forthcoming content including free on the tablet.

Winner: Google Nexus 7

CONCLUSION
At this height a conclusion that is more redundant, so I can only congratulate the guys at Google, who have done an impressive job to offer a very low-cost tablet in relation to the excellent features it offers.
